As a cabin crew, you will operate a comfortable 5 on, 3 off and 5 on 3 off roster (duty) pattern. As a part of your Boeing 737-800 Cabin Crew Initial Training course offered for free, you will partake in an intensive 6-week training course which covers all aspects of the job from passenger safety to customer service. The interviews will be hold in different European countries like Romania, Italy, UK, Spain, Greece and so on.
During the last interview held this month in Bucharest, around 40 persons attended the AD. 35 of them remained after passing the English grammar test (including an essay). The selection day continued with the company presentation and the new types of contracts, informing about the salary package. Participants were told no one could guarantee which base will you get after the training. During the presentation, all candidates were meeting an actual Ryanair cabin crew, Alex and were able to ask him any questions. There was no group exercise, the recruiters inviting the candidates to the individual interview. The participants will receive in few days an email if they were accepted or not. For the time being, the training will take place either in Barcelona, Dublin or Malaga!
