Job Title: Butler/Waitres – contract, on-site, Abu Dhabi

Salary Range: AED 6.000-9.000/month (negotiable +10–20% for exceptional candidates)
Role Overview
The Butler/Waitress serves as a key point of contact for the VIP / UHNWI (Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and their guests, ensuring efficient, personalized, and discreet service. You will be responsible for food and beverage service, supervising table arrangements, and maintaining high standards of hospitality within the palace.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate good knowledge of food and beverages; order food according to the requirements
- Supervise table arrangements prior to the guests arrival
- Serve the Family members calmly, discreetly, and courteously, adhering to timing standards
- Handle complaints professionally and calmly
- Train junior staff on all service aspects and maintain training materials
- Make proactive decisions and seek approval or guidance when necessary
- Coordinate with housekeeping regarding cleaning schedules
- Be fully familiar with palace layout, features, and equipment
- Understand operating procedures for all electrical and electronic equipment in work areas
- Communicate with nanny about children’s activities and requests
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and report requirements to housekeeping supervisor
- Strictly adhere to palace rules, hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills
- Service-oriented attitude
- Ability to supervise staff effectively
